We have been offering stylish accommodation & rooms to rent in the beautiful seaside town of Ayr for many years and can accommodate both long and short stays in our centrally located apartments.

Our properties are fully furnished to a high standard and each room has a personal Smart TV, fridge, microwave & kettle while flatmates also have full use of the communal lounge, kitchen and bath/shower rooms.

 

We are 1 minute's walk away from the bus station, 3 minutes' walk from the beach and 5 minutes' walk from Ayr railway station. The UWS (University of the West of Scotland) Ayr Campus is approximately 1 mile away while Ayr Hospital is less than 10 minutes drive / bus ride away. Prestwick Airport, Scotland's only 'rail connected' airport, is around 10-15 minutes away by car, bus or train.

 

Glasgow can easily be reached by bus, train or car with the A77 being around 5-10 minutes drive away from each of our properties.

 

Council Tax, TV Licence and Unlimited High Speed Fibre WiFi are all included in the rent but the electricity and gas work on pre-payment meters with everyone contributing equally when needed. Splitting the bills is the perfect way to deal with the recent energy price hikes! 😀

 

On-street parking is available with a Resident’s Parking Permit from South Ayrshire Council at £50 per annum or £15 per quarter.
